Class A-1 Swap Agreement definition

Class A-1 Swap Agreement. The interest rate swap agreement, dated as of February 28, 2007, between the Class A-1 Grantor Trust Trustee, on behalf of the Class A-1 Grantor Trust, and the Swap Provider, for the benefit of the holders of the Class A-1 Certificates, including the Class A-1 Swap Credit Support Annex, any schedule, confirmation or other credit support document relating thereto, in substantially the form of Exhibit P-1 hereto.
Class A-1 Swap Agreement. The Class A-1 Swap Agreement between the Trustee, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the Supplement Interest Trust and the Class A-1 Swap Provider, relating to the Certificates, together with any schedules, confirmations, credit support annex or other agreements relating thereto, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q.
Class A-1 Swap Agreement. The Interest Rate Swap Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2006, between HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust, and the Class A-1 Swap Provider, together with any schedules, confirmations or other agreements relating thereto.   • Secured Swap Agreement means a Swap Agreement between (a) any Loan Party and (b) a Secured Swap Provider.

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Swap Agreement means any agreement with respect to any swap, forward, future or derivative transaction or option or similar agreement involving, or settled by reference to, one or more rates, currencies, commodities, equity or debt instruments or securities, or economic, financial or pricing indices or measures of economic, financial or pricing risk or value or any similar transaction or any combination of these transactions; provided that no phantom stock or similar plan providing for payments only on account of services provided by current or former directors, officers, employees or consultants of the Borrower or the Subsidiaries shall be a Swap Agreement.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.

  • Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
