Class A-1 Initial Invested Amount definition

Class A-1 Initial Invested Amount means the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A-1 Investor Notes, which is $230,000,000.

Class A-1 Initial Invested Amount means the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A-1 Notes, which is $400,000,000. "CLASS A-1 INVESTED AMOUNT" means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to the Class A-1 Outstanding Principal Amount PLUS the sum of (a) the amount of any principal payments made to the Class A-1 Noteholders on or prior to such date with the proceeds of a demand on the Surety Bond and (b) the amount of any principal payments made to Class A-1 Noteholders that have been rescinded or otherwise returned by the Class A-1 Noteholders for any reason.
