Class A-1 Allocation Percentage definition

Class A-1 Allocation Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date is the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (x) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is (y) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Allocation Percentage means, as of any Distribution Date, the Class A-1 Note Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period as a percentage of the Note Balance as of such last day.
Class A-1 Allocation Percentage means, as of any Monthly Allocation Date, the Class A-1 Certificate Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period as a percentage of the Certificate Balance as of such date.

  • Any such reduction shall be applied to reduce the Class A-1 Invested Amount (a "Class A-1 Investor Charge-Off") and the Class A-2 Invested Amount (a "Class A-2 Investor Charge-Off") pro rata based on the Class A-1 Allocation Percentage and the Class A-2 Allocation Percentage, respectively, in each case for the related Collection Period.

  • Any such increase in the aggregate Invested Amount will be allocated to the Class A-1 Certificates and the Class A-2 Certificates pro rata based on the Class A-1 Allocation Percentage and the Class A-2 Allocation Percentage, respectively, for the related Collection Period.

Class A-1 Allocation Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A-1A Certificates and Class A-1B Certificates and the denominator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of all of the Senior Certificates, in each case immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Allocation Percentage. For any Distribution Date during the Class A-2 Lockout Period will be 100%.
