Class A-1 Advances definition

Class A-1 Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Class A-1 Advances have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Class A-1 Advances means the Class A-1 Euro Advances and the Class A-1 Sterling Advances.

Examples of Class A-1 Advances in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the Revolving Period, the Borrower may borrow, reborrow, repay and prepay (subject to the provisions of Section 2.4) one or more Class A-1 Advances and Class A-2 Advances (excluding any Class A-2 Advances designated or assigned as term loans pursuant to Section 2.9).

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, during the Revolving Period, theBorrower may borrow, reborrow, repay and prepay (subject to the provisions of Section 2.4) one or more Class A-1 Advances and Class A-2 Advances (excluding any Class A-2 Advances designated or assigned as term loans pursuant to Section 2.9).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in respect of a transfer or purchase of the Class A-R Notes relating to a Defaulting Noteholder, the first Class A-R Dollar Accrual Period shall commence on the date that the Defaulted Class A-1 Advances in respect of such Class A-R Notes are funded by such transferee or purchaser.

  • Subject to the terms o f this Agreement, during the Revolving Period, the Borrower may borrow, reborrow, repay and prepay (subject to the provisions of Section 2.4) one or more Class A-1 Advances and Class A-2 Advances (excluding any Class A-2 Advances designated or assigned as term loans pursuant to Section 2.9).

  • Therefore, those kind of item will not be handled in this project.Third, the system will only run on a specific operating system and AR platform since the development cost of making a cross-platform system is huge and does not fit the schedule of this project.

  • No new drawdowns of Class A-1 Advances by the Issuer will be permitted under the Class A-1 Notes after the Class A-1 Available Commitment Termination Date.

  • Ongoing Commitments of Holders of Class A Notes and Liquidity Facility ProviderDuring the Reinvestment Period, provided that certain conditions are met, the Issuer (acting on the advice of the Collateral Adviser) may borrow, repay and re-borrow amounts through Class A-1 Advances and invest the proceeds in the acquisition of additional Collateral Debt Obligations which satisfy the Eligibility Criteria and in accordance with the Reinvestment Criteria.

  • No assurance can be given that the conditions to draw down Class A-1 Advances from the Class A-1 Available Commitment under the Class A-1 Notes will be capable of being satisfied at any time after the Closing Date.

  • Any inability by the Issuer to draw down Class A-1 Advances from the Class A-1 Available Commitment under the Class A-1 Notes will affect its ability to acquire additional Collateral Debt Obligations during the Initial Investment Period.

Related to Class A-1 Advances

  • Class A-1 Note Rate means, (i) with respect to the initial Series 2002-1 Interest Period, 2.04% per annum and (ii) with respect to each Series 2002-1 Interest Period thereafter, a rate per annum equal to One-Month LIBOR for such Series 2002-1 Interest Period plus 0.20% per annum.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A-1 Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate on the Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date plus the portion of any previous distributions on such Class in respect of Current Interest or a Class A-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class A-1 Certificates.

  • Class A-1 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to 0.64000%.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A Note Rate means 2.97% per annum.

  • Class A-1 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, the product of (A) the actual number of days elapsed during the period from and including the preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date divided by 360, (B) the Class A-1 Rate and (C) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-1 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-1 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-1 Rate means 2.25000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the relevant Interest Period and a 360‑day year).

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.

  • Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
