Class 4 Apparatus definition

Class 4 Apparatus means medium (up to 11,000 GVW), low use vehicles, to include special apparatus, such as rescues, air units, reserve aid units, etc. Preventive maintenance services will be performed as listed on Exhibit B. Estimated time of completion is 4 hours.
