Claims Reviewer means the person or committee designated by American Electric Power Service Corporation (or by a duly authorized person) as responsible for the review of claims for benefits under the Plan in accordance with Section 8.1. Until changed, the Claims Reviewer shall be the Director - Compensation and Executive Benefits.

Claims Reviewer means the person or committee designated by the Company (or by a duly authorized person) as responsible for the review of claims for benefits under the Plan in accordance with Section 8.1. Until changed, the Claims Reviewer shall be the Company’s employee who is the head of the Executive Benefits area of the Human Resources department.
