Claims Representative definition

Claims Representative means the individual or entity selected by the Creditors’ Committee, upon consultation with the Consenting Term Lenders, tasked with ensuring an efficient and fair claims reconciliation process and overseeing the prosecution of estate causes of action under section 547 of the Bankruptcy Code, if any.
