• The Escrow Agent is entitled to terminate this Agreement by a written notice delivered to the Sellers’ Claims Representative, with a notice period of at least thirty (30) Business Days and such termination is not effective until a new agent is appointed to carry out the rights and obligations of the Escrow Agent under this Agreement.
