Claims Reconciliation Process definition

Claims Reconciliation Process means the process to reconcile all Claims asserted against the Debtors with the Debtors’ books and records, including any objections to Claims filed by the Debtors, which the Debtors will commence immediately after the Bar Date.

Examples of Claims Reconciliation Process in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, the Litigation Trust shall be responsible for, and have standing in the Chapter 11 Cases in respect of, the Claims Reconciliation Process with respect to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Claims (as defined in the Plan).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Litigation Trustee shall have standing in the Chapter 11 Cases in respect of any Non-RSA GUC Claims and the Claims Reconciliation Process, including the right (but not the obligation) to object to Non-RSA GUC Claims and/or any proposed settlements by and between the Debtors and any holder of a Non-RSA GUC Claim, subject to prior notice to, and coordination with, counsel to the Debtors, which notice must be in writing (email being acceptable).

Related to Claims Reconciliation Process

  • Reconciliation Procedures means those procedures set forth in Section 7.09 of this Agreement.

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 1 of Reg 200/21 under Connecting Care Act, 2019.

  • Reconciliation Date means the last calendar day of each Reconciliation Period.

  • Reconciliation Period is each calendar month.

  • Reconciliation means coordination of premium tax credit with advance payments of premium tax credit (APTC), as described in Section 36B(f) of IRC (26 USC § 36B(f)) and 26 CFR Section 1.36B-4(a) (July 26, 2017), hereby incorporated by reference.
