Claims Officer Order definition

Claims Officer Order means the claims officer order of the CCAA Court made in the CCAA Proceedings on February 19, 2021 in respect of the appointment of a claims officer and the determination of certain Claims.
Claims Officer Order means an order of the Court appointing one or more Claims Officers, which order will set out, among other things, the compensation to be provided to the Claims Officers;
