Claims Handling definition

Claims Handling means the management of claims related to the insurance class(es) of insurance as detailed in Annex A available via the Framework Agreement.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • IDEQ means the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
