Claim Process definition

Claim Process means the process for submitting and reviewing Claims as described in Section IV.C.2 of this Settlement Agreement.
Claim Process means the process for submitting and reviewing Claims as described in Section VIII of this Settlement Agreement.

Claim Process or “Claim Review Protocol” means the process for submitting and reviewing Claims described in this Agreement and in Exhibit 14 to this Agreement.
