• This payment, in-lieu of contributions to the Insurance Plan administered by the CLAC Health and Welfare Trust Fund, will not be less than the contributions that would have been made on behalf of the employee if he/she were still eligible for the Insurance Plan.

• Before commencing work, any new employee will be referred by the Employer to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or a CLAC Representative in order to give such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or CLAC Representative an opportunity to describe the Union's purposes and representation policies to such new employees.
