Civil authorities definition
Civil authorities means those elected and appointed officers and employees who constitute the government of the United States, the government and agencies of the State of Oklahoma, county and municipal governments within the State of Oklahoma, and political subdivisions thereof;
Civil authorities means the county children’s service agency or a county or municipal peace officer in the county in which the child resides or in which the abuse is occurring or has occurred.
