(e) “sponsorship agreement” means the legal contract for of the exclusive right to name recognition or associate a name with a civic facility, and outlines the terms of the sponsorship agreement between a marketing sponsor and the city, for a specified period of time. (f) “naming rights” means the exclusive right to name, rename, or to be recognized to be associated with a civic facility, or parts of a civic facility, in exchange for marketing sponsorship as per the specific terms and conditions of thesponsorship agreement.
