CITY Waste definition

CITY Waste means Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Green Waste, Organic Materials and Bulky Items generated at a CITY Service Unit. CITY Waste must be generated by and at the CITY Service Unit wherein the CITY Waste is Collected and does not include items defined herein as Exempt Waste.
CITY Waste means Solid Waste, including Trash, which is collected by the City or City Subcontractors and/or material recovery facilities operated by the City or City Subcontractors, and which is eligible for disposal at the Disposal Site in accordance with Contractor's permit authorizing such Type I and Type IV landfills. City Waste does not include Hazardous Waste or Special Waste.

CITY Waste means Waste generated by the City as part of conducting the City’s normal government operations and services, including, but not limited to, Leaf Waste, street sweepings, and ditch maintenance and flood debris; provided, however, that City Waste shall not include sewage treatment sludge.
CITY Waste means any and all Solid Waste generated by City Facilities or City Community Events and specifically excludes Unacceptable Waste as defined herein.

Unacceptable Waste includes any waste that is now or hereafter defined by federal law or by the disposal jurisdiction as radioactive, dangerous, hazardous or extremely hazardous waste and vehicle tires in excess of those permitted to be disposed of by the laws of the disposal jurisdiction.
