City university campus means a campus of the city university of New York, as defined in subdivision two of section sixty-two hundred two of the education law.

The University means the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
State university means Montana state university-Bozeman.
University school means an instructional program operated by a public university under section 23 that meets the requirements of section 23.
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
Capitol hill complex means the grounds and buildings within the area bounded by 300 North Street, Columbus Street, 500 North Street, and East Capitol Boulevard in Salt Lake City.
College or university means a county college, an independent
University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). University property means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the University in the UK which are made available for use by the Supplier or its sub-contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them) on the terms set out in this Contract or any separate agreement or licence.
Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.
University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.
Ambulatory surgical center means any public or private State licensed and approved (whenever required by law) establishment with an organized medical staff of Physicians, with permanent facilities that are equipped and operated primarily for the purpose of performing Surgical Procedures, with continuous Physician services and registered professional nursing service whenever a patient is in the facility, and which does not provide service or other accommodations for patients to stay overnight.
Local school district means any school district in the State except the South Carolina Public Charter School District and does not include special school districts.
Small school district means a school district that meets all
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
School district means a public school district.
teachers of the University means Professors, Readers, Lecturers and such other persons as may be appointed for imparting instruction or conducting research in the University or in any College or Institution maintained by the University and are designated as teachers by the Ordinances;
Universal design means the design of products, environments, programmes and services to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. “Universal design” shall not exclude assistive devices for particular groups of persons with disabilities where this is needed.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Museum means a non-profit making, permanent institution in the service of society and of its development, and open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits, for purposes of study, education and enjoyment, material evidence of people and their environment;
