City Regulations definition

City Regulations mean City Code provisions, ordinances, design standards, uniform codes, and other policies duly adopted by the City.
City Regulations means all written laws, rules, and policies established by the City, including those set forth in the City of Tracy General Plan, the Tracy Municipal Code, ordinances, resolutions, policies, procedures, and the City’s Design Documents (including the Standard Plans, Standard Specifications, Design Standards, and relevant Public Facility Master Plans).
City Regulations mean the City’s applicable development regulations in effect on the Effective Date, including without limitation City Code provisions, ordinances (including, without limitation, all development fees), design standards, and other policies duly adopted by the City; provided, however, that as it relates to public infrastructure for any given phase of the Project, the applicable construction standards (including, without limitation, uniform building codes) shall be those that the City has duly adopted at the time of the filing of an application for a preliminary plat for that phase unless construction has not commenced within two years of approval of such preliminary plat in which case the construction standards shall be those that the City has duly adopted at the time that construction commences.

  • The Developer shall cause to be constructed the Public Improvements set forth in this Section 1.1 and depicted on Exhibit C in compliance with the City Regulations.

More Definitions of City Regulations

City Regulations means the City’s Charter, City’s Code of Ordinances and the other regulations, standards, codes and ordinances of the City governing the platting or re-platting of land into subdivisions and development of said land in effect as of the Effective Date.
City Regulations is defined in the Development Agreement.

City Regulations. The General Plan of City, the Broadway/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/San Pablo Redevelopment Plan, and all other ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and policies in effect as of the time in question.
City Regulations means any ordinance, rule, regulation, standard, policy, order, guideline or other City-adopted or City-enforced requirement as they presently exist and without regard to future revisions or amendments thereto, and as modified by the terms of this Agreement.

City Regulations means the City’s applicable development regulations in effect on the Effective Date, being the City Code provisions, ordinances (including, without limitation, park dedication fees), design standards (including, without limitation, pavement thickness), and other policies duly adopted by the City; provided, however, that as it relates to Public Infrastructure for any given phase of the Project, the applicable construction standards (including, without limitation, international building codes) shall be those that the City has duly adopted at the time of the filing of an application for a preliminary plat for that phase unless construction has not commenced within two years of approval of such preliminary plat in which case the construction standards shall be those that the City has duly adopted at the time that construction commences. The term does not include Impact Fees, which shall be assessed on the Property in accordance with this Agreement.
