City Purchasing Agent definition

City Purchasing Agent is defined as the person or duly authorized successor, authorized in writing to act for the City. The term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the authorized representative of the City Purchasing Agent acting within the limits of delegated authority.

  • Purchasing Agent means the head of the City’s Purchasing Division, or a designated contact person acting for him or at his direction.
