City Promissory Note definition

City Promissory Note means the Promissory Note dated September 21, 2007, from the City to the order of the Authority in the current outstanding principal amount of $429,700.
City Promissory Note means the Promissory Note evidencing the City Loan in substantially the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment J, subject to such changes as the Construction Lender and the Investor Limited Partner may request that are reasonably approved by the City.
City Promissory Note means the promissory note that will evidence the Developer's obligation to repay the City Loan in a form to be provided by the City consistent with the terms of this Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F and incorporated herein.
