City Poles means City owned poles such as street light poles, Utility poles, decorative or signage poles or other structures owned and operated by the City. City Poles do not mean or include poles or other structures owned by a City contractor or poles or infrastructure owned by a Utility.‌

  • This Master License applies only to City Poles identified in final, fully executed Pole Licenses.

  • The initial and annual Master Plans shall be based on Licensee’s best information reasonably available at that time with respect to the proposed use of City Poles for the upcoming calendar year.
