Convention center means a facility that is:
customs territory of the Union means the territory as defined in Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 of 12 October 1992 establishing the Community Customs Code (2) and in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 (3);
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
Customs territory of the United States means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

Reception center means a business that:
Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.
Industrial facility means any nongovernmental or non- residential facility that is used for activities such as agriculture, forestry, fishing, mining, manufacturing, transportation, commu- nications, or providing services including electric, gas, and sani- tary services.
customs area means the area of a customs station and includes any area in which imported goods or export goods are ordinarily kept before clearance by customs authorities;
Exhibition Centre means the centre named in the Application Form or such other venue as may be selected by the Organisers under clause 4.
Marihuana facility means a location at which a licensee is licensed to operate under the medical marihuana facilities licensing act.
urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;
Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;
Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of coordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;
Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
Industrial park means an area in a blighted or conservation area suitable for use by any manufacturing, industrial, research or transportation enterprise, of facilities to include but not be limited to factories, mills, processing plants, assembly plants, packing plants, fabricating plants, industrial distribution centers, warehouses, repair overhaul or service facilities, freight terminals, research facilities, test facilities or railroad facilities.
