City Lot definition

City Lot means any lot numbered #1 - 59 inclusive as shown on any recorded subdivision plat of the properties and any improvements thereon specifically identified as Sections I and III on the recorded subdivision plat of the properties.
City Lot means that certain vacant parcel of real property located at 215 E. 8th Avenue in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and described in Exhibit E-1. The City Lot is owned by the City of Eugene and was formerly the site of the Eugene City Hall.
City Lot means those lands and premises legally described as: Municipal Address: 15153 – 20 Avenue

Examples of City Lot in a sentence

  • The vacation or abandonment of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue as a public road in connection with the relocation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue to the south, and the extension of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue by the Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense, through City Lot #8 onto Evergreen (at the City’s option).

  • A continuing defective condition shall be any defect or lack of repair of the City Lot which is within the responsibility and duty of City, its agents, employees or servants and of which City, its agents, employees or servants has either constructive or actual notice.

  • Developer agrees to indemnify and hold City harmless from all claims, damages, expenses and costs resulting from Developer’s gross negligence or that of its agents, servants or employees occurring on or about the City Lot.

  • Developer will not make or permit to be made any use of the City Lot which, directly or indirectly, is forbidden by public law, ordinance or governmental regulation or which may be dangerous to life, limb, or property.

  • City shall, at its cost and expense, provide the services necessary to operate the City Lot as a parking facility.

  • Any claim to, or lien upon, the City Lot arising from any act or omission of Developer (including a conveyance referenced in the preceding sentence) shall accrue only against the easement rights of Developer and shall be subject and subordinate to the paramount title and rights of City in and to the City Lot.

  • Nothing in this Agreement is to be deemed to limit or affect the right of City to sell, assign, encumber, transfer, lease or otherwise dispose of any or all of City’s interest in any portion or in all of the City Lot, subject to this Agreement.

  • City will maintain the structural soundness of the City Lot, including without limitation its surfaces, in good repair, reasonable wear and use excepted.
