City Improvements Construction Contract definition

City Improvements Construction Contract means that certain Contract for Construction of City of Xxxxx Springs, GA City Center Project between City and Contractor dated June 30, 2015.
City Improvements Construction Contract means that certain Contract for Construction of City of Sandy Springs, GA City Center Project dated as of June 30. 2015 by and between City and the City Improvements General Contractor in connection with the completion of the City Improvements as such agreement may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
