City Certificate definition

City Certificate means a certificate signed by the City Representative and delivered to the Trustee.
City Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02. “City Council” means the City Council of the City of Burlington. “Closing” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
City Certificate means a certificate or written instructions signed by the City Representative and delivered to the Trustee.
