City Bodies definition

City Bodies means the City of Noblesville, by and through its Common Council, the Noblesville Economic Development Commission, and the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission.
City Bodies is defined in Section 810.
City Bodies means, collectively, the City and the Commission.
