Citizens Capital definition

Citizens Capital is defined in the Statement of Common Definitions. "Common Stock" and "Common Stock Series A" are defined in the Statement of Common Definitions.
Citizens Capital means Citizens Utilities Capital L.P., a special purpose Delaware limited partnership of which the Company is the general partner, also sometimes referred to as the "Partnership."
Citizens Capital has the meaning set forth in Annex C hereto.
