Cititrust definition

Cititrust means any of the applicable Cititrust (Bahamas) Limited, Cititrust (Cayman) Limited, Cititrust (Jersey) Limited, Cititrust (Singapore) Limited, Cititrust (Switzerland) Limited, Citicorp Trust Delaware N.A., Citicorp Trust South Dakota, Cititrust Private Trust (Cayman) Limited, and Cititrust Private Trust Zurich GmbH. Cititrust and each entity (e.g. private investment company) administered by Cititrust understands and agrees that information (including personal data and account information) and documentation (including any trustee services agreement or trust instrument) concerning the Account Holder, the beneficial owner(s), beneficiaries and related third parties may be exchanged and held (a) in the location of Cititrust, the Cititrust wealth planner, the Cititrust administration center, and the Cititrust data center in The Bahamas, (b) with the Bank in Switzerland, and (c) where Cititrust and the Bank process data according to their respective published terms and conditions in force from time to time.
