Cisco Partner definition

Cisco Partner means a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator authorized by Cisco to sell Cisco Technology.
Cisco Partner means a Contractor that must hold a buying model commerce certification for Advanced Security Architecture Certification and an EA Security Choice Certification.
Cisco Partner means a Cisco authorized Reseller or Distributor.

  • The new fees will apply for the upcoming Renewal Term unless You or Your Cisco Partner promptly notify Cisco in writing, before the renewal date, that You do not accept the fee changes.

  • KPMG may train customers for solutions for profit on discounted equipment in the Solutions Centers; provided however that such training shall not compete with Cisco Partner Training offered by Cisco's World Wide Training organization except as specifically authorized by Cisco.

  • If You purchased the Cloud Service through a Cisco Partner, Cisco will provide Service Credits as a credit memo to the Cisco Partner to be used towards the purchase of Cisco Technology or Cloud Services.
