CIS Contracting Officer definition

CIS Contracting Officer means the CIS Executive Director or Deputy Director, or the person to whom signature authority has been delegated in writing. This term includes, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, an authorized representative of the CIS Contracting Officer acting within the limits of his/her authority.

  • If any failure or violation by Vendor is not corrected, then this Contract may be terminated immediately by written notice from the CIS Contracting Officer to the Vendor.
