If any failure or violation by Vendor is not corrected, then this Contract may be terminated immediately by written notice from the CIS Contracting Officer to the Vendor.
Vendor may, with prior written permission from CIS Contracting Officer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, enter into subcontracts with third parties for its performance of any part of Vendor’s duties and obligations.
Termination for Convenience When, at the sole discretion of CIS, it is in the best interest of the Purchaser, the CIS Contracting Officer may terminate this Contract, in whole or in part, by giving thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Vendor.
