Circuit(s) definition
Circuit(s) means the telecommunications circuit(s) provided by Hypa (or on behalf of Hypa by a duly licensed third-party), installed at the Customer’s premise(s) at the addresses set out in a Contract. “Excluded Circuits” are defined in clause 1.3.20;

Circuit(s) or “Circuit Plan” means set of facilities forming a chain, comprising Procuring Silos and Distribution Silos or such other revised silos or chain/circuits plans as may be decided by the Authority from time to time.
