Circuit Service definition

Circuit Service means colocation and telecommunications circuit service, including, without limitation, backhaul circuits, access aggregation circuits, managed modem access circuits, tail circuits, peering circuits, PRI circuits, and other offnet services.

Examples of Circuit Service in a sentence

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel the Project Study Charge, as well as the Application Charge, if it cancels its request for IRS Tail Circuit Service after commencement but prior to the completion of the Project Study.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel a Change of Interface Standard Charge for each request for an IRS Tail Circuit Service to be provisioned with a new Interface Standard.

  • Transport Circuit availability restrictions shall be defined within each specific Circuit Service Level Agreement.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay to SingTel a Tie-Cable Change Charge for each request for an IRS Tail Circuit Service to be provisioned with a new Tie-Cable.

  • The Access Provider shall not be obliged to provide the Transit Call service until the Joining Circuit Service has been provisioned, and Points of Interconnection established, commissioned and tested.

  • Upon any such termination, Purchaser shall not be liable for any Circuit Service charges from and after the date ART receives Notice of termination.

  • Agreement An agreement to take and to provide services under C&W Guernsey’s standard Leased Circuit Service Terms and Conditions Basic Obligations Comprising those obligations specified in the SLA as being C&W Guernsey’s obligations.
