CIMYM - definition
CIMYM - means a company to be incorporated by YM and referred to in Article 12 of this Agreement. YM shall, immediately upon evidence satisfactory to it of approval of this Agreement from the Government of Cuba, incorporate CIMYM to which shall be immediately trarl5fcrred the rights and obligations under this Agreement.
