CIC Eligible Employee definition

CIC Eligible Employee means a Deferral Participant who is considered a “CIC Eligible Employee” under the terms of the Pension Plan.

  • A Deferral Participant who is a CIC Eligible Employee shall have a “CIC credit” credited to his or her CIC Subaccount as of the date of such termination of employment that allows the Deferral Participant to be considered a CIC Eligible Employee.

  • Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.

  • Qualifying Employee means any employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries who is and has been an employee of Managing Agent or Parent or any of their respective subsidiaries for at least thirty-six (36) months.
