While the CHQ Service is connected to various providers of settlement services, including, for example, providers of appraisal and other valuation services, title services, automated valuation models and real estate information, you understand that you will need to establish an account with each provider at your cost if you wish to order, track, receive, review and maintain information from them through the CHQ Service.
