FIU means the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago established under section 3 of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago Act;
China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
LTD means NMC Healthcare Limited (in administration);
Study Centre means a centre established and maintained or recognized by the University for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students in the context of distance education;
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

SI means the abbreviation for the International System of Units.
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
PI shall have the meaning given to such term in CCC § 1798.3(a).
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority established by section 3 of the South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995 (Act 58 of 1995);
EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;
Parade means any procession or body of pedestrians, except members of the Armed Forces, numbering more than 30, standing, marching or walking on any street or sidewalk, or any group of vehicles numbering ten or more, except funeral processions, standing or moving on any street;
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;

HI means programs for pupils with hearing impairment.
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
