The estimated capital cost of the Liquid Chlorinator is $652,988, which consists of (i) the construction contractor bid price of $499,000; (ii) estimated contingency and contractor integration costs of $25,000; (iii) pre-purchased long-lead chlorinator equipment costs of $78,258; and (iv) design costs of $50,730.
A copy of the approved Liquid Chlorinator design is attached hereto as Exhibit 1-▇.
