Children’s Medical Services Network or “CMS” as used under this Agreement does not include any additional programs and services provided by or through the Children’s Medical Services Program described in Sections 391.021(8) and 391.025, Florida Statutes, which are not provided through the Children’s Medical Services network or which are not funded by Title XXI (such as the CMS Safety Net Program).

Related to Children’s Medical Services Network

  • Medical services means Medically Necessary services, including, as the context requires, Confinement, treatments, procedures, tests, examinations or other related services for the investigation or treatment of a Disability.

  • Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.
