Child under age 21 definition

Child under age 21 means the deceased recipient's natural or adopted son or daughter who is under 21 years of age throughout the time the Department seeks to enforce its claim.

Family child care home includes a home in which care is given to an unrelated minor child for more than 4 weeks during a calendar year. A family child care home does not include an individual providing babysitting services for another individual.   • Family child care provider means a person who: (a) Provides
