Child/Student definition

Child/Student means the child or children (of any age) or school Student admitted by the School to be educated under this Agreement.
Child/Student means a child of whatever age admitted by the School to be educated and includes any pupil aged 18 or over;
Child/Student means a person who has, or had, permission under Appendix Child Student, Appendix CS: Child Student under the Immigration Rules in force before 1 December 2020, or as a Tier 4 (Child) Student under the Immigration Rules in force before 5 October 2020;

  • Parents give their consent to such physical contact as may accord with good practice and be appropriate and proper for teaching and instruction and for providing comfort to a Child/Student in distress or to maintain safety and good order, or in connection with the Child/Student's health and welfare.

  • EACH OF THE BCA PARTIES HEREBY WAIVES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LITIGATION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF, UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

  • In some cases, teachers and other employees of the School may need to be informed of any particular vulnerability the Child/Student may have.

  • Parents warrant that the Child/Student will take a full part in the activities of the School, will attend each School day, will be punctual, will work hard, will be well-behaved and will comply with the School Rules about the wearing of uniform.
