Child care staff member definition

Child care staff member means an individual who is 18 years of age or older to whom 1 or more of the following applies:

Child care staff member means that term as defined in section 1(a) of the act, MCL 722.111.

Child care staff member means an employee of a child day-care center or type A family day-care home who is primarily responsible for the care and supervision of children. The administrator may be a part-time child-care staff member when not involved in other duties.
