Child Care Stabilization Subaward Grant definition

Child Care Stabilization Subaward Grant means providing emergency relief to providers that are open at the time an application is submitted in addition to providers temporarily closed due to public health, financial hardship, or other reasons relating to the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Company means the Person named as the “Company” in the first paragraph of this instrument until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Company” shall mean such successor Person.
Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Director means a member of the Board.
Subsidiary means a “subsidiary corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code.
Exchange Act means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Affiliate of any specified Person means any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
Post Stabilization Services means covered services related to an emergency medical or behavioral health condition provided after the condition is stabilized.
Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.
New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Manual or “BMP Manual” means the manual maintained by the Department providing, in part, design specifications, removal rates, calculation methods, and soil testing procedures approved by the Department as being capable of contributing to the achievement of the stormwater management standards specified in this chapter. The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
Post-Stabilization Care means Medically Neces- sary services received after the treating physician determines the emergency medical condition is stabilized.
Child care means continuous care and supervision of five or more qualifying children that is:
Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a licensee to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.
Home- and community-based services means long-term services and supports received in a home or community setting other than a nursing home pursuant to the Choices for Care component of Vermont’s Global Commitment to Health Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration or a successor program and includes home health and hospice services, assistive community care services, and enhanced residential care services.
Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or "VSMP" means a program approved by the board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a VSMP authority to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in the Act and associated regulations, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of the SWM Act and associated regulations.
Preventive Care Services means the following, as further defined and interpreted by appropriate statutory, regulatory, and agency guidance:
Nursing Care Plan means a plan developed by a registered nurse that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of the individual and how those needs shall be met. The Nursing Care Plan includes which tasks shall be taught, assigned, or delegated to the qualified provider or family.
Uniform Grant Management Standards or “UGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas
Nutrient management plan or "plan" means a plan by a certified nutrient consultant to manage the amount, placement, timing, and application of nutrients in order to reduce nutrient loss or runoff and to maintain the productivity of soil when growing agricultural commodities and turfgrass.
child care element of working tax credit means the element of working tax credit prescribed under section 12 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (child care element).
