child care element of working tax credit means the element of working tax credit prescribed under section 12 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (child care element).
Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.
Software License means any agreement (including any agreement constituting a Copyright License, Patent License and/or Trademark License) now or hereafter in existence granting to any Credit Party any right, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, to use another Person’s Software, or pursuant to which any Credit Party has granted to any other Person, any right, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, to use any Software, whether or not subject to any registration.
End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
Child care facility or “facility” means a child care center, a preschool, or a registered child development home.
License Key means a unique key-code issued to You by Syncro (or its authorized reseller) to activate and use the Software.
End User License Agreement or “XXXX” means the software license agreement terms and conditions for the Apple Software.
Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.
Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.
Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).
Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.
Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.
Medicare Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between CMS or other such entity administering the Medicare program on behalf of CMS, and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicare patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicare Regulations.
Brand name drug means a drug marketed under a proprietary, trademark-protected name.
Child care provider means a provider who receives compensation for providing child care services on a regular basis, including an ‘eligible child care provider’ (as defined in section 658P of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858n)).
Child abuse means any of the following acts committed in an educational setting by an employee or volunteer against a child:
Licensed Site means the area contained within the boundary of a location under the control of persons generating or storing radioactive materials under a Department license.
Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.
Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Single-state license means a nurse license issued by a party state that authorizes practice only within the issuing state and does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in any other party state.
Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other such entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide items and services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.
Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.
Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
