Chief Special Constable definition

Chief Special Constable means the Chief and Program Manager of Transit Safety and Enforcement Unit, City of Ottawa Transportation Services.

  • The Chief Special Constable shall receive, acknowledge receipt of the Complaint to the Complainant or agent of the Complaint, and conduct an initial review all records of all written Complaints.
