CHIEF QUALITY OFFICER. (“CQO”) means the chief quality officer of the Hospital, with responsibilities as set forth in the Medical Staff Bylaws and related documents.
CHIEF QUALITY OFFICER means the chief quality officer of the UMHS. “CMS” means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
