Chief Medical Officer Designee definition

Chief Medical Officer Designee means a physician, as designated, either temporarily or permanently, by the CMO. Such person shall be licensed to practice medicine pursuant to Chapter 43-34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
Chief Medical Officer Designee in this policy means the physician/psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or the supervising physician assigned by the CMO.

  • Chief Compliance Officer means the individual appointed by the Board as BSEF’s chief compliance officer in accordance with the Operating Agreement, with the duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time as set forth in Rule 208.
