CIA”” shall mean the Chief Internal Auditor appointed by the Audit Committee / Board of Directors and in the case of vacancy in the position of Chief Internal Auditor such person as may be nominated by the Audit Committee or the Executive Vice Chairman to discharge the duties under the Policy.
