CHESS Rules definition

CHESS Rules means the ASX Settlement Operating Rules and the provisions of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules concerning the electronic share registration and transfer system as and to the extent that they apply to the Company.

Examples of CHESS Rules in a sentence

  • The Company shall be responsible for all fees and expenses of the Transfer Agent and all fees and expenses with respect to the issuance and allotment of the Warrant Shares to the Holder's custodian's nominated CHESS account, in accordance with the CHESS Rules, if any.
