Chemical Synthesis Services definition

Chemical Synthesis Services means the activities undertaken by Evotec under this Agreement to perform synthetic services to synthesize Compounds at the laboratory scale, including the Analytical Chemistry Services and Computational Chemistry Services in accordance with the specifications set forth in Appendix A or as otherwise specified by the Foundation’s Services Manager and set forth in the applicable Steering Committee meeting minutes.

Examples of Chemical Synthesis Services in a sentence
