Chemical plant definition

Chemical plant means any facility, or any part thereof, classified within the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) Major Group 28, "Chemical and Allied Products."
Chemical plant means a building, or part thereof, used for the processing and manufacture of perfumes, cosmetics, toilet preparations, deodorants, soaps or cleaning compounds, disinfectants, insecticides, poisons that are manufactured and packaged for medical or pharmaceutical purposes only, and bleaches other than chlorine bleaches.
