ChemChina means China National Chemical Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates in each case controlled by China National Chemical Corporation (including Respondent ADAMA), and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each. After the Acquisition, ChemChina shall include Syngenta.
